Andrew Lucibello
About Me
Remarkably, Andy Lucibello has served as the CFO of SARAH Tuxis for 36 years and counting! Andy currently leads the Finance and Project Maintenance teams for the agency.
Andy has been a proud resident of the Connecticut shoreline his entire life, so is deeply ingrained in the culture and community philosophy that surrounds our locations here in Connecticut. In addition to his role as CFO, Andy serves as a Board Member in multiple organizations in the community.
Andy graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. He started his professional career in several for-profit organizations prior to making the leap into the non-profit arena.
Behind the scenes, Andy thrives on ensuring the financial health of the agency. While at the same time, however, Andy has a deep passion for ensuring the agency has all the tools needed to provide full and rich lives for the individuals we support in our group homes and day programs.

Debra Adams
About Me
Debra is a long-time and respected SARAH Tuxis employee, having been hired March 30, 2001. She started as a per diem staff, and within a few short months decided she loved it and took on part-time status.
Three years later, in 2004, Debra moved into a Manager position, overseeing several individuals in the I.H.S. setting. Debra then became the Stony 3 Manager in 2014. In 2016, Debra became a Lead Manager, as her region was increased adding 3 additional I.H.S. individuals. In 2019, Debra moved into a Program Coordinator position, overseeing multiple homes and I.H.S., while keeping Stony 3 as a direct support location. In 2020, Debra was promoted into an Assistant Director role, along with her Program Coordinator colleagues.
Debra is viewed with the utmost of respect by all departments of the Agency. Debra is compassionate, kind and thoughtful in her approach to leading people and supporting individuals. Debra is savvy and intelligent in dealing with challenges that occur in our industry. She is proactive, results-driven and accountable in her day-to-day accomplishments. She is a woman of great integrity and a strong, respectful leader who honors the dignity of the people we support.

Lachelle Sosa
About Me
With nearly 15 years of dedicated service at Sarah Tuxis, Lachelle Sosa has journeyed from a DSP (Direct Support Professional) to a Manager, and now serves as an Assistant Director.
Her tenure at the company has been marked by a deep sense of fulfillment, driven by the organization's commitment to valuing the people they serve, as well as the families and staff.
Lachelle is known for her passion for creating fabulous parties and celebrations, a reflection of her vibrant personality and dedication to bringing joy to others. In her current role, she relishes the opportunity to support other managers in crafting new possibilities and enhancing the lives of the individuals they serve.

Lauren Tucker
About Me
Lauren Tucker began her career with Sarah Tuxis in 2010 as a per-diem staff member while completing her Bachelors degree in Social Work. With a passion for supporting individuals in need, she began as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), working in a group home setting. Her dedication and commitment to improving the lives of those she serves equipped her to take on new positions, leverage growth, and quickly advance within the agency.
Lauren’s first journey into management was as Assistant Manager of the Guilford Lakes CLA. Lauren quickly displayed her strengths, skill sets and desire to succeed, which quickly led her to being promoted to Manager of Guilford Lakes. While running a complex group home, Lauren was able to hone her leadership skills and further develop her expertise in residential care.
In 2022, Lauren was tapped for an Assistant Director of Program Services role, where she currently oversees a region of CLA’s and CRS’s as well as a handful of In-Home Support individuals. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in the organization’s strategic planning and overall operations, ensuring that the mission of Sarah Tuxis Residential and Community Resources continues to be met with excellence.
